The Destination Imagination program encourages the use of
creative and futuristic thinking skills. |

meets to encourage the study and use of the German language
and culture outside
of the classroom. Members participate in the state foreign
language fair and compete in various events. Events include
poetry reading, German quiz bowl, posters and one-act skits.
Members may also participate in a communityservice

promotion tool that raises awareness, generates solutions
and teaches decision making skills regarding health problems

| Description: Intramural
basketball is an activity available to all students not out
for 9th grade,
Sophomore, J.V. or Varsity basketball. Students are allowed
to make up their own teams of between 7 and 10 players. Cost
is approximately $5 to cover referees.
This
is a fun activity providing some exercise to students who want to get involved. |

T.T.A.D.A.

| Description: The
goal is to help prevent alcohol and drug use by the youth of
our community
by educating 4th graders and serving as role models. Each
student attends
the workshop to learn the dangers of alcohol and drug use
then teaches the same information to 4th graders at selected
elementary buildings. |
