Early Entrance to Kindergarten
Students may enter kindergarten if they turn five years of age on or before July 31. However, if a child turns five years of age between August 1 and October 15, he or she is eligible to participate in an assessment conducted by Columbus Public Schools, if they live in the district boundaries, to determine possible early entrance to kindergarten.
Requests can be made from February 3, 2020 to April 15, 2020. No requests will be accepted after April 15, 2020.
