We celebrated Dr Seuss/ Read Across America Week at Emerson from February 28th-March 4th. We had different theme days and dressed accordingly. They were the following: Backwards Day, Accessory Day, Time Travel Day, Teacher Day, and 100 Year’s Old Day. We wrapped up the week by listening to Dr. Seuss stories and doing activities, such as playing with oobleck, cup stacking, designing socks, and playing Lorax Tag. A good time was had by all.
