On February 20, Columbus Public Schools will not be in session due to inclement weather conditions. School buildings will not be open, breakfast and lunch will not be served, and there will be no After School Program or extracurricular practices or rehearsals. Columbus Public Schools will remain open today with students being dismissed at the regular time. As in all inclement weather events, parents can choose to check out and pick up their children early. If another adult or sibling is picking up your child, you must please call the school to let them know who that person is.

2019 Jam the Gym Diamond Dance Camp is from 9 a.m.-noon January 19 at CHS. The clinic is open to K-6th students. The performance is Jan. 20 beginning at 2 p.m. Registrations are due by Jan. 4. For more information, contact Kassie Neujahr at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please Join Us… For an Emerson Family Movie Night tomorrow Thursday, November 29th from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. We will be showing Incredibles 2. Students must be accompanied by an adult family member. Please enter the school through the North Gym Doors. Families are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chairs for your viewing comfort. Emerson PTO will provide popcorn but families are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks.
Hello Emerson Families, This is just a friendly reminder that our fundraising items will arrive on Tuesday, November 20th. Orders can be picked up in the Emerson gym between 3:00 – 5:30 p.m. We ask that adults pick up the orders to ensure food items are taken care of and stored properly. All orders must be picked up because we do not have storage available to keep the items over the holiday break. Once again, thank you to all the families that participated in this fundraiser. Your support was amazing.
