Columbus Public Schools is a growing and future-focused district located in the heart of Columbus, Nebraska — a vibrant and welcoming community known for its strong work ethic, family values, and commitment to education. Serving approximately 4,100 students from preschool through 12th grade, CPS is dedicated to its mission to “engage all students to achieve success” through innovative programming, strong community partnerships, and a culture that encourages every student to discover something greater than themselves.
