Total cost for these projects was $143,900 and paid for by the building and sites fund saving an estimated 4% in interest or $5,756.

• West Park Elementary School Re-Roof

• West Park Elementary Kindergarten CR Renovation

Total cost for these projects was $109,287 and paid for by the building and sites fund saving an estimated 4% in interest or $4,371.48.

• Columbus Middle School North Gym Re-Roof

Architect for these projects was RVW of Columbus, NE.

Total cost for this project was $2,900,000 and was paid for by ESSER funds. This was at no cost to the taxpayers.

• HVAC at Centennial, Emerson, Lost Creek, North Park, West Park and CMS.

Total cost for this project was $7.5 million and was paid for by Lease Purchase.

• Kramer Education Center Preschool
• Kramer Child Development Center (rented space)
• Main Hall - Offices and Two Conference Rooms

Total cost of this project was $900,000 and was paid for by ESSER funds. This was at no cost to taxpayers. 

• Cassette House

Total cost of this project is $6.8 million as is paid for by QCPUF.

• Installation of secure vestibule entrances inside the current entrances that will include secure door systems and visual access office controls at:
  • West Park Elementary
  • Emerson Elementary
  • North Park Elementary
  • Centennial Elementary
• Replacement of security cameras and software, excluding Kramer Education Center.
• Repair and replacement of building communication systems where identified by safety audit.
• Repair/replace fire alarm systems where identified by safety audit.
• Provide a safe and secure student program off site from regular attendance centers:
  • Renovate unoccupied space at Kramer Education Center for district office space for the purpose of
  • Renovating the former administration building for a grades 5-12 Non-Traditional Learning and Support Center and providing necessary furniture.
• Architect and engineering services required for any or all projects listed.
