To protect the safety and health of our students, all individuals must use the following guidelines when arriving to collect student materials.
Students, please come to the High School main entry to collect items such as a band instrument and/or to pick up personal belongings from lockers. With the need to deep clean the facilities, we need these items to be removed from the building. Please ensure that if a parent comes to pick up items, the student accompanies him/her.
The building will be available at the times listed below.
1:00 - 3:00pm - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
5:00 - 7:00pm - Thursday
Please do not come to collect materials if you or anyone in your family is experiencing any symptoms of illness (especially sore throat, cough, or fever)
Please do not come to collect materials if you have traveled within the last two weeks to any of the following states: Washington, New York, Colorado, or California. Or to any of the following countries: China, Italy, South Korea, Japan, Iran, or Hong Kong.
Please call or email the high school with questions. If everyone retrieves their materials during this distribution, we can help protect student health and ensure student learning. Thank you!
Alumnos, por favor vengan a la entrada principal de la preparatoria a recoger las cosas como instrumentos de banda y/o a recoger materiales personales de los casilleros. Con la necesidad de limpiar profundamente las instalaciones, necesitamos que saquen estas cosas del edificio. Favor de asegurarse de que si viene un padre a recoger las cosas, que el alumno le acompañe.
