February is the month for Kindness! North Park is having a school wide Kindness Challenge February 1-12.
Random Acts of Kindness Week is celebrated in February, and Anchor Time all month long is focused on Kindness; doing kind deeds and saying kind words. All grades are really looking for ways to be kind. Student Council members came up with the idea for the theme “Kindness Makes Life Sweeter.”
We have a large Heart shaped “box” on the wall and students earn chocolates to fill the box by doing or saying kind things. We are off to a good start with the challenge.
