Good evening and welcome back to our first full week of school! The first few days went very well last week as we are getting back into routines and moving forward!
This Tuesday night is our first Lost Creek PTO meeting for the year. Please join us in the Lost Creek Media Center from 7:00pm to about 8:00 pm learn and lend a hand in supporting our students!
This year we are partnering with Dairy Queen in Columbus. Our hometown ice cream shop will be hosting 6 Lost Creek nights this year. Some of the proceeds earned will go to our Lost Creek PTO to support our students. Dairy Queen has also donated many incentives that will be awarded to our students this year. Our first DQ Night is Tuesday, August 20th from 5 to 7pm. Please join us for some cold and sweet treats!
DIBELS Fluency Reading Testing begins Tuesday this week. This fluency assessment helps us to assess where our kids' reading skills are at and tracks growth as the year progresses.
