Good evening and welcome back to the end of February and the beginning of March!
Read Across America Week is this week. Schools across the nation take time to recognize and remember Dr. Suess and his many, many wonderful books that inspired kids around the world to enjoy the love for reading. In honor of Dr. Suess, we will have a different theme day this week:
Monday: Our Community Loves To Read -Wear school colors
Tuesday: Read Everything-Read My Shirt -Wear a shirt with words on it
Wednesday: Books Brighten Our World -Wear bright colors, tie dye, or rainbow colors
Thursday: Books Can Be Fun and Silly -Wear crazy socks
Friday: Cozy Up With a Good Book -Wear your favorite PJs or Comfy Clothes
Wednesday is a regularly scheduled 2:15 student dismissal.
