This week we are celebrating Lost Creek "Unique Week". Our school encourages you to celebrate the differences of all our students with us April 13th to April 17th. The special days will be as follows:
Monday-Team Kindness Day-Wear blue to show your support and acceptance of people that are different from you.
Tuesday-You Shine Day-Celebrate your uniqueness by wearing bright clothing.
Wednesday-Fun Socks Day-Wear fun, silly socks to celebrate being unique.
Thursday-Inclusion Activity Day-Fun, Educational and Adventurous Activities for PE today!
Friday-Comfy Day-Wear comfortable clothes
Tomorrow, Monday, April 13th, our Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade Music Concert will take place. The concert is at the Nantkes Auditorium at the Columbus Middle School. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Students should be in their assigned seats by 6:45 pm. The concert will begin at 7:00 pm. Students are asked to please wear nice picture day clothes for the special event.
Wednesday, our 1st graders will be going to the Columbus Armory for Vehicle Day.
Wednesday is also a 2:15 student dismissal. Thanks for planning accordingly.
Thursday, April 16th, at 7:00pm in our Media Center will be our last PTO meeting for the school year. Please join us as we plan on activities to wrap up the last days of school.
Kindergarten will be taking a field trip to the Lincoln Children's Zoo on Friday, April 17th.
Friday, April 17th is our 4th Grade Grandparents Day from 11:25 to 1:05. Thanks to those who rsvp'd and we look forward to seeing you.
