Early Entrance to Kindergarten
Students may enter kindergarten if they turn five years of age on or before July 31. However, if a child turns five years of age between August 1 and October 15, he or she is eligible to participate in an assessment conducted by Columbus Public Schools, if they live in the district boundaries, to determine possible early entrance to kindergarten.
Requests can be made from March 4, 2019 to April 15, 2019. No requests will be accepted after the end of the business day on April 15, 2019.
