Columbus Public Schools would like to thank families for their continued patience and understanding as we transition to the MySchoolBucks system for school meal payments. We know that changes like these can bring some challenges, and we appreciate your partnership as we work through them.
The Apple iOS app issue has been resolved.
To date all funds have been moved from EduTrack to MySchoolBucks. Please stop placing lunch funds on EduTrack. This software is no longer being used by CPS except for summer camps. During the initial transfer all funds were placed on the oldest child. CPS was told parents would be able to transfer these funds amongst their children. We have learned this is not the case. We now know that once a parent places an online payment only those funds can be transferred. We understand this is frustrating and we are frustrated as well.
To transfer initial funds between children please send an email request to cps.myschoolbucks@discoverers.org using the following template:
[child's first & last name] transfering funds from
[child's first & last name] transferring funds to
[amount] to be transferred
Once the CPS staff makes the transfer it will take 24 hours for it to show on the account.
Checks and cash brought to your student's school building is still a welcome option for payment with no fee.
