Competitive robotics will be having an organizational meeting on Monday, August 25th, in H104 at 6 PM. The club is open to any CHS student with the drive and curiosity for technology. We are looking for problem solvers, writers, presenters, drafters, mechanics, machinists, programmers, and strategists. You do not have to be an expert to join, learn, and grow. If you would like to be part of robotics but cannot make it or have questions, see Mr. Whitmore in H104.


Sophomores and Juniors, the PSAT is scheduled for Thursday, October 30th. If you are interested in taking the PSAT, please stop by and see your grade level counselor. Applications are due by, Friday, September 12.


The first National Honor Society meeting for current members is Thursday, September 4th in the Concert Hall. You may attend the 7:45 am or 3:45 pm meeting.


Seniors:  Josten's will be here Wednesday, September 10th during homeroom.  Please plan to report to the auditorium after lunch to hear about ordering graduation items.  


Do you have a creative mind? Do you like to build and create things? Then you should join Destination Imagination! DI is an extra curricular activity where you get to solve a difficult challenge by designing a solution and working with your team to create a skit explaining your problem and unique solution. Teams are able to schedule practices at times that work for them. Applications are available from Ms. Long in room G107 or Mr. Townsend in room G115 and due by October 2nd to either of them. An informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 2 at CMS in the cafeteria. If you can't attend, reach out to Mr. Townsend or Ms. Long for more information.


There will be a speech team informational meeting after school on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 in the concert hall. Snacks will be provided. Please contact Mr. Klaumann if you are interested but cannot attend the meeting.
