Students: You need to bring your student ID to the nurses office for every visit. You will not be able to receive any medication without your student ID. This helps staff to identify who you are when administering medications. Thank you for your cooperation.

Auditions for the CHS competitive A Cappella groups, Baker's Dozen and Neptune's Angels, will take place on Monday, November 10 at 4:00pm in the choir room. This audition is open to any student at CHS who is interested. Contact Mr. Ritter for more information!

The 2025 CHS Variety Show will take place on Monday, November 24 and is currently accepting auditions to complete! This talent show style event is open to all CHS students and features Amazon Gift Cards as prizes for the winning acts! Don't miss this opportunity to show Columbus what you and your friends can do! All Juniors, Seniors, or staff that are 17 years or older, please consider donating blood in the upcoming blood drive on Tuesday, November 11th. You can sign up to donate using the QR code on the Blood Drive flyers around the school. You could also talk to a student in NHS, Mrs. Pelc, or Mrs. Riedmiller, and they will get you the link to sign up. If you are 17, you need to have a parent consent form. Please pick this up from and return it to Mrs. Pelc (F201) or Mrs. Riedmiller (F229).

Are you looking to challenge yourself, work on a team to set and achieve goals, and get in the best shape of your life? Then you belong on the CHS wrestling team!
We will have a preseason meeting for Boys and Girls on Wednesday, November 5, at 2:45pm in the cafeteria.
The annual Ironman volleyball tournament will be held November 11 and 12 from 4 to 6:00 in the CHS main gym. Each team should have 6 to 8 players. The cost to join is $10 a player. Please send your team captain with your team's money and team name to the captain's meeting Wednesday, Nov. 5 immediately after school in the IMC.
The annual Powderpuff football tournament will be held November 10 from 4 to 6:00 on the CHS turf. Each team should have 7 to 10 players. The cost to join is $5 a player. Please send your team captain with your team's money and team name to the captain's meeting Wednesday, November 5, immediately after school in the IMC.
Thursday, November 6
If you are a student that has completed or is currently enrolled in Health Science One, and wish to apply for the Certified Nursing Assistant class in the spring semester; please stop by Ms. Kallhoff's room and pick up an application. If you have questions about the CNA class, either email Ms. Kallhoff, or stop by her room, C-111 before or after school.
Applications will be due on November 6th at 4pm.
Any student that is interested in powerlifting this winter, please attend a meeting after school this Thursday, November 6th in the IMC starting at 4:00 pm. If you have questions or cannot attend please contact Mrs. Riedmiller for more information.

The deadline to register for the December ACT is November 7th. Junior and seniors have access to ontocollege.com to study and review test taking tips. Please stop by your counselor's office before or after school to get a fee waiver that will cover the cost and provide additional study tools.
