Students: Just a reminder you can always see the daily announcements on the high school website under news.
Students: Please check your email and E-hall pass multiple times a day as this is the way you will receive messages from the high school office regarding appointments, items dropped off, etc. along with other school information.
Students: You need to bring your student ID to the nurses office for every visit. You will not be able to receive any medication without your student ID. This helps staff to identify who you are when administering medications. Thank you for your cooperation.
All students: If you would like to receive text messages like you have in the past with the Remind App, you will need to accept your ParentSquare invite. In addition, please check your cell number in your Synergy Student View to verify it is correct.
Attention, seniors. If you plan on walking in May's graduation ceremony, you need to order your required items from Jostens. If you need any assistance, please see Mrs. Wallin in the IMC.
The IMC WILL BE CLOSED the week of: February 23-27th, due to testing. Because the IMC must remain a secure, closed testing environment free from disruptions; students will not be permitted to enter the IMC during testing for any reason. All IMC business will need to take place before or after school. Tech assistance will continue at the window.
Students interested in adding Yearbook or Newspaper to their schedules for the 2026-2027 school year should plan to attend a meeting on Tuesday, 2/17, at 3:45 in room G236. Please reach out to Mrs. Kwapnioski if you have any questions or cannot attend.
Students-CHS parent-teacher conferences are being held February 16 and 19 and you are welcome to attend with your parents. Reminder, Wednesday, February 18, will be a 2:35pm dismissal. Due to conferences, there will be no school on Thursday and Friday (February 19 & 20). School will resume on Monday, February 23, with a regular day of classes. The schedule for conferences is shown below.

Auditions are now open for the 2026-2027 Captain's Chorale Choir. Students who are interested in auditioning can reach out to Mr. Ritter or check their building Google Classroom for more information. Deadline to audition is Thursday, Feb. 12.

For those students wishing to serve detention time, CHS will also offer Friday, February 13, to serve detention minutes from 12:00-3:30pm.
Students: Just a reminder that Friday, February 13, is a noon dismissal. No lunch will be served.
Art Club will be selling Valentine Cookies for $1 each. Cookies will be sold Friday, after school, in the cafeteria.
JUNIORS: If you want to find out about summer dual-credit opportunities as well as senior year dual-credit options, sign up to attend Monday's presentation (February 16) during homeroom in the auditorium. The deadline to register is Friday, February 13, at noon. The link is found in your counseling google classroom. You must attend, if you want to take dual-credit classes over the summer.
