NP Fitbits - Mar. 2024

     March is here, hopefully bringing warmer weather and plenty of opportunities for us to stay active and healthy as we embrace the arrival of spring. This month, we have a variety of activities planned to keep you moving and having fun with your friends! Get ready to test your coordination with juggling, rope jumping, and hit the floor for some exciting floor hockey action! 


**Juggling Fun:** You'll learn how to toss, catch, and keep multiple objects in the air. It's a fantastic way to improve hand-eye coordination and focus while having tons of fun! 


**Floor Hockey:** This is a fast-paced game that will test your teamwork, agility, and strategic thinking. Get ready to pass, shoot, and score!


**Jump rope:** What great cardiovascular exercise but also an excellent way to improve agility, balance, and coordination. Let's see how many jumps you can do without stopping!

     Take advantage of the longer days and warmer weather by heading outdoors for some fun-filled games. Play tag, go for a bike ride or simply enjoy a walk with your family or friends. The possibilities are endless when it comes to outdoor fun!
