CPS Parents and Guardians,
On May 6, 2025 Columbus Public Schools will be making the transition from EduTrack to
MySchoolBucks for student lunch accounts. All current funds at the time of transition in your
student’s EduTrack account will be placed in their new MySchoolBucks account. With
MySchoolBucks you will be able to access your student’s account either on a computer or with
the mobile app.
With MySchoolBucks you will be able to continue to view cafeteria purchases, check your
student’s balance, but also receive low balance alerts sent directly to your phone and pay for
school meals from anywhere using the app.
A NEW parent account will need to be set up. Get Started Today:
1. Go to myschoolbucks.com or download the mobile app named MSB Parent, USA.
2. Create your free account and add your student(s) using their school name(s) and
birthdate(s).
3. Beginning May 6 th add funds using your credit or debit card. You may also use an
electronic check. **Note: For each electronic transaction, you will be charged a fee of
$3.25. You may choose to pay with check or cash at your student’s school.
4. Set up automatic payments .
