What an awesome day it was for North Park Explorers! It was finally the big book opening day! All the books and treasure boxes arrived from Books are Fun. Thanks to the generous donations from friends and family, our students' home libraries have expanded! READING MATTERS! Kids who read just 20 minutes a day get
exposed to Students who dedicate just 20 minutes a day to reading are exposed to a plethora of words, and those children's scores on standardized tests improve!
So, a huge THANK YOU to all our family and friends who got an invite to donate to a child's account, helping them get some fantastic books and the chance to read at home.
