The 5 Silver Social Studies students were busy learning about Colonial Life. They worked in teams to barter and trade goods they had for goods they needed to survive life in the colonies during the 1700s.

Our 8th grade basketball team had a great but hard game against Westridge. Not every game ends in a win. Sadly, all of our teams lost, but they played really hard, supported each other, and never stopped competing. They stayed positive and played until the last buzzer. Even though they did not win, we are proud of how they played.

Students in Mrs. Makovicka’s 6th grade Language Arts class were up and moving today during a fun “Scoot” activity! 📚👣 Students walked around the classroom identifying prepositions and prepositional phrases in sentences. Learning on the move keeps engagement high and makes grammar more fun! Great work, 6th graders! 🙌✨
