How do we increase our love of reading? We practice! The 7th grade language arts classes are spending the first 10 minutes of class reading every day. The kids in Ms. Gustafson's class are really enjoying their books of choice!
CMS 8th graders worked in small groups this morning to investigate the credibility of websites. They learned how to identify credible sources, spot biased information, and compare websites. Ask your Digital Media student about the "Rule of 3"!

ā¦Emptied classroom recycling bins every Wednesday.
ā¦Hosted over 600 students at grade-level activity nights.
ā¦Acted as Tour Guides at Fall Parent Teacher Conferences and for College Week Presenters.
ā¦Presented āNavigator of the Monthā to 18 staff members over the course of the school year.
...Popped more popcorn than you can count in the Concession stand.
It was an amazing year and we can't wait to do it all again next year!
